A very beautiful Regency, square piano by John Broadwood & Sons of Golden Square, London. Brownwood casing, turned wood legs on brass casters, 6 octaves. Case is in excellent condition, the instrument needs restoration. Selling due to lack of space.

Condition: Used

Brownwood, square, 6 octave piano by John Broadwood & Sons. Made during the Regency period. Inscription reads 'John Broadwood & Sons, Makers to His Majesty & the Princesses, Great Pulteney Street, Golden Square, London'. The piano instrument is in need of restoration and was bought as a restoration project, but now - as you can see from the photographs - the space is needed for a bookcase. I'm selling it reluctantly but in the hope that someone will buy it and give it the work it needs to restore it to a playing instrument. Dimensions: Across (left to right): 69 inches / 175.3 cm Width (back to front): 27&1/2 inches / 69.2 cm Height (from top of case to floor): 34 inches / 86.4 cm 6 octaves, from 3 F's below middle C to 4 F's above middle C Buyer to collect from piano's current location in North Norfolk.
