This piano is ideal for an undergraduate/post-graduate student who needs a 'work horse', who has enough space to accommodate it, and doesn't have huge amounts of cash to spend on a new instrument. Why spend the same amount of money on an upright when you can practise on a grand?
It has a magnificent tone, with exceptional depth at the bass end. The frame and bridges are in very good condition and the piano holds its tune extremely well. The action is well regulated and very even.
A full report was compiled by a renowned piano dealer several years ago. The piano has not been used since then. It does need to be reconditioned, but the price reflects this. The recommended selling price has been drastically reduced as ex-teacher owner is selling due to lack of space. Viewing, by appointment only, is recommended, before buying.
Seller is willing to negotiate price.
