| This is a relisting from last September because all the many enquiries I received were going to a junk spam box on my computer which I have only just discovered to my horror! My late grandmother was given this piano by her husband. It is a beautiful walnut satin finish 1955 model S baby grand. Steinway of London have confirmed from their records that it was received in London on 29 September 1955 and sold to the original owner on 27 March 1956. It has travelled only once since then to my house in West Sussex where we have little space for it. Therefore there has been no reconditioning or reason to return it to Steinway. It has been scrupuously maintained throughout. The current replacement value is £48,240 (this was written by Steinway in 2010 with the caveat that there would be a 5% increase in 2011). Early viewing is strongly advised. | ||||||||
