5 years ago, my wife and daughter both announced they wanted to learn to play the piano, and convinced me to buy them a Piano so I did, 5 years on and sadly neither of them play anymore!. The Piano I bought them is a Yamaha P121NT which is a european built and specced Yamaha piano, and was supplied new by Chris Venables Pianos in Hampshire to me and cost in excess of £3000 at the time. Yamaha describe this piano as being built with typical Yamaha care and attention to detail featuring excellent tonal reproduction with sensitive easy playing responsiveness - a joy to see, hear, play and own.
The Piano has a spruce soundboard and backposts giving it a rich expressive tone. The Piano is finished in hi gloss ebony with 3 brass pedals and keyboard hinge.
The piano measures 152cm x 121cm x 60cm and weighs 215kg. It features a full 88 key, keyboard with 7 1/4 Octave range.
The Piano was tuned regularly when they both played up to around 6 months ago.
It grieves me to see such a beautiful musical instrument not being used ! so I am looking to find a good home for it, where someone will love it and play it.
It really is in immaculate, as new condition, having had in reality only minimal use. Also available by separate discussion are two matching ebony piano stools.
