Yamaha U1 Professional upright for sale

Yamahas acclaimed U1 upright. A perennial favorite among discerning pianists, favoured by teachers and professional musicians for their fabulous tone and touch. 1975 model which I personally think is one of Yamahas best eras for manufacturing. Originally sold as a reconditioned piano 4-5 years. Have just had the hammer heads refaced giving the truer characteristic Yamaha tone plus had the action regulated and the piano tuned to concert pitch so it has been serviced at cost.

Medium touch action which plays fine. The case is in very good condition with no real noticeable marks. Minor cosmetic hairline crack on couple keys which doesnt affect playing whatsoever. Brasswork is is good order as is all of the insides of the piano (strings etc.).

Would be a great piano for all levels and are a great upright piano for all round quality and value as well as durability. Can also include a free black adjustable stool worth around £80. Good price for a U1 as their market value is usually around £2000 (nearer £3000 in shops for essentially the same secondhand U1s)
